Meanings
- piece of advice
Usage
Nsi7a or nasi7a means "a piece of advice". The word is often used as an opener before a remark, sometimes a moralizing one: nsi7a, "a piece of advice". Usual constructions are 3tini nsi7a, "give me some advice", and nansa7ek, "I advise you", with the verb from the same family. The expression nsi7a l wjeh rabbi, "sincere advice, for God's sake", is frequent in a religious context. The plural is nsayeh. Note that in comments, "nsi7a" often precedes a criticism. The tone can therefore be paternalistic rather than kindly.
