Usage

Koul blassa, often preceded by f (f koul blassa), means "everywhere". Blassa is an adapted loan from French "place", in the sense of "spot, location". The expression is very common and informal, and is heard all over Algeria: lgitou f koul blassa, "I found it everywhere". It can also keep a distributive sense: koul blassa w qanounha, "every place has its own rules". A similar form, koul mkan, also exists, but it sounds more standard.
