It is a frequent compliment, often paired with khlouq ("well-mannered") or "yekhdem b qalbou". The verb sadeq in the sense of "to approve, ratify" exists, but belongs to administrative and media vocabulary (the parliament sadeq 3la l9anoun) rather than to conversation.
