Meanings
- hundred (number)
- about a hundred
Usage
Myya is the number one hundred. It has two forms. On its own, you say myya: "bqaw myya". Before a noun, the bound form myat is used, followed by the noun in the singular: myat derhem, myat mitro. To build numbers, link them with "w": myya w 3echrin (one hundred twenty). The expression myya f lmyya means "a hundred percent", "absolutely"; it is often used to agree with someone. For two hundred, you say mitin, not "juj myya".
