Usage
Hamm means worry, whatever weighs on the mind. It appears in very common phrases: chedd el hamm ("to worry"), 3andou hamm ("he has worries"), ma 3andi hamm ("I don't mind", "I'm not worried"). A well-known proverb says that too much misfortune ends up making you laugh: ken el hamm ykatter yedhahhak.
