Like the other months, November is called in Tunisia by its French-origin name, pronounced the Tunisian way: "nouvembr". The written form نوفمبر, close to Eastern Arabic, is often seen, but the pronunciation generally remains the one derived from French. The number goes before the month: "3achra novembre", the tenth of November. One says "fi novembre" for "in November". The word is used without an article.
