Usage
Rwi9 describes a calm, composed person who doesn't get worked up. It also applies to a gentle, restful atmosphere, place or music. The word is informal and very common, especially among young people. The exclamation mala rwi9! means "how calm he is!" or "what composure!"; it is often used ironically about someone unflappable in a situation that should worry them. The feminine is rwi9a. The word is related to ray9 and rawwa9 ("to calm down, to take one's time"). It has nothing to do with rawi, "narrator".
