Mojoud is used to say that a person is there, reachable or available: "ana mojoud" answers a call or a request for help. As a question, "wach nta mojoud?" asks whether you are free or up for it. The word comes from standard Arabic but is very common in speech. Pitfall: it is not always translated as "existing". The meaning depends on the context.
