Usage
Intouma is the second-person plural personal pronoun. It is used for a group of men, of women or a mixed group, with no gender distinction. It is not used as a polite form of address to a single person: for that, use enti, sometimes with a title such as si (Mr). It is mainly used for emphasis or contrast, since the verb already carries the person: intouma mnin? (where are you from?). The shortened form ntouma is common in fast speech.
